Alyson and Jonathan's wedding at VanLandingham Estate in Charlotte, NC was a cool Fall November day where the couple hired our violin guitar duet for their ceremony.

Ashley and Michael’s wedding at Graylyn Estate in Winston Salem was a held on beautiful venue grounds while Deans’ Duets string trio (violin, cello, and harp) played for the couple’s ceremony. The September wedding day followed the welcome party / rehearsal dinner on Friday night which we were equally ecstatic to play at.

It was a perfect Fall day as Lindsey and Anthony’s outdoor October wedding was held at Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens in Belmont, North Carolina. Lindsey and Anthony hired our pianist and harpist for their prelude and ceremony with a guitarist for cocktail hour. We loved getting to know our thoughtful couple throughout the music selection process leading up to their big day! Anthony is also a musician and producer with musicians being one of the most important vendors to them.

Marisa and Coltons Saturday September wedding day was beautiful at Kimbels at Wachesaw Plantation Club in Murrells Inlet,SC. Our violin, violin, cello trio played for Marisa and Colton’s ceremony. Wachesaw Plantation Club is one of the prime wedding venues in South Carolina with, “Live oak trees, spanish moss, low country charm and southern hospitality. This is Kimbels at Wachesaw Plantation Club, a wedding and event venue located on a Bluff overlooking the Waccamaw River.”

Kathryn and Keven’s December wedding at Jubilee Farms in Chester, South Carolina was the perfect way to round out the last month of the year! The chilly outdoor wedding with 80 guests was held at the beautiful wedding farm. With the weather forecast of high 59 on the Saturday of the wedding, we couldn’t be more excited for the couple’s wedding day!

Our musicians had a great time playing at Eliana and Rey’s November wedding day at Big Chill in Charlotte, North Carolina!

Our musicians played for Jessica and Tyler’s wedding ceremony and cocktail hour this November at Catawba Fall Events in Lancaster, South Carolina. The couple’s ceremony instrumentation included a string trio for both the ceremony (violin, violin, and cello) and cocktail hour (keyboard, upright bass, and trumpet).

A wedding in Montana? Yes please! This wedding was perfect timing! We had been talking about taking a trip out west in the summer with the kids. What better way to incorporate a family vacation into doing something that we love for our couples.

As soon as our couple booked with us, we started planning our trip!

Deans’ Duets string quartet played for Meredith and Tanner’s ceremony and cocktail hour surrounded by gorgeous wedding day details with palm trees blowing in the wind. The couple’s wedding ceremony took place on the front lawn with cocktail hour being on the 1st floor of the house and dinner / dancing under the main tent.

Virginia and Jakob's May Wedding at The Farm at Old Edwards Inn in Highlands, NC was a joyous day in which Deans’ Duets solo violinist played for the couple’s ceremony. The couple had around 80 guests in attendance for their special day with their ceremony held in The Orchard House!

Kate and Matt’s March Merrimon-Wynne House wedding in Raleigh, NC was a bright and sunny day for Deans’ Duets’s violin cello duet.

Our violin & harp duet played at Paige and Taylor's October wedding at Crooked River in Hiltons, Virginia. Their outdoor ceremony with around 100 guests was beautiful by the riverside as the weather called for blue skies and no rain. We loved working with their amazing vendor team and coordinator Annette Templeton. The bride asked that we play modern songs while guests were being seated with traditional songs beginning at the start of the ceremony as the timeline of events transitioned. A part from the ceremony music, we loved the versatility that was provided to the musicians as we played a variety of our favorite song recommendations.

We were so excited to work with Colleen and Michael for their October wedding! This was our first time at historic Boxwood Estate, and it was simply gorgeous!

The bride and groom chose solo guitar for this intimate affair, so our Charlotte guitarist, Drew, was on hand to perform several classic melodies for their guests during the ceremony.

In 2011, Madilyn began violin lessons in my studio. It has been amazing to see the talented violinist she has become.

The Farm at Old Edwards Inn is a dream venue. We play here a lot and every single experience is breathtaking.

Our final wedding of August was at LeGare Waring House in Charleston, South Carolina. We had heard about the magnificence of this venue, but to be there is person was a fun experience!

When we received a request to travel to the Outer Banks for a wedding, we couldn't pass up the opportunity!

We packed up the family and turned the trip into a vacation.
