You’re booked! Now what?

Welcome to your Client Portal

A few things to note to help make the process even more seamless:

  1. We send our planning form out a little closer to your wedding date, but if you want it as soon as you book, just ask us, and we can send it to you early!  Music is a great thing to check off your list early, so you can fill that out as soon as you want.

  2. Your ensemble has a specific song list!  When you’re choosing your music, make sure you’re looking at the song list for your group of instruments (i.e. the string quartet song list is different from solo violin).

 Selecting Your Songs

Each ensemble has a specific song list for you to choose from. Please explore the song list for your booked ensemble so we can create the perfect music for your wedding:

So how many songs should you choose for a wedding?  Here’s what we recommend:

  • 10-12 prelude songs (pre-ceremony)

  • 3 processionals (this changes depending on your bridal party)

    • 1 seating family

    • 2 bridal party

    • 3 bride

  • 20 songs for cocktail hour

  • 20 songs for each hour following

Around 3-4 weeks before your wedding, we will send you a “program” for your approval.  This program includes the songs we plan to play, in the order we will play them.  Once we have your stamp of approval, we send this over to our musician team.
