Marisa and Coltons Saturday September wedding day was beautiful at Kimbels at Wachesaw Plantation Club in Murrells Inlet,SC. Our violin, violin, cello trio played for Marisa and Colton’s ceremony. Wachesaw Plantation Club is one of the prime wedding venues in South Carolina with, “Live oak trees, spanish moss, low country charm and southern hospitality. This is Kimbels at Wachesaw Plantation Club, a wedding and event venue located on a Bluff overlooking the Waccamaw River.”

A wedding in Montana? Yes please! This wedding was perfect timing! We had been talking about taking a trip out west in the summer with the kids. What better way to incorporate a family vacation into doing something that we love for our couples.

As soon as our couple booked with us, we started planning our trip!

Our violin & harp duet played at Paige and Taylor's October wedding at Crooked River in Hiltons, Virginia. Their outdoor ceremony with around 100 guests was beautiful by the riverside as the weather called for blue skies and no rain. We loved working with their amazing vendor team and coordinator Annette Templeton. The bride asked that we play modern songs while guests were being seated with traditional songs beginning at the start of the ceremony as the timeline of events transitioned. A part from the ceremony music, we loved the versatility that was provided to the musicians as we played a variety of our favorite song recommendations.

Catie and Nathan's wedding at the Omni Grove Park Inn was the loveliest intimate wedding we've seen, and we were thrilled to be a part of their special day! Early November is the perfect time for a wedding in Asheville, as the leaves are changing and the mountains provide the most stunning colorful backdrop!

From time to time we are asked to take part in inspiration photoshoots as a way to partner with some of our vendor friends and collect beautiful professional photographs of our team members doing what they do best! We were thrilled to take part in this stunning photoshoot at Separk Mansion, one of the loveliest Charlotte venues! Three of our Charlotte violinists represented us well to add elegance and of course, beautiful music, to this fun day!

Michael and Ashley chose the prettiest pink details and a little shimmer to highlight their wedding celebration in April!! We were thrilled to be a part of their big day as they said "we do!" at Magnolia Woods Events in Huntersville, NC!

Carrie-Grace and Hunter reached out to us last year about providing a solo violinist for their wedding in Dothan, Alabama. We loved getting to know them and hearing about their vision for their wedding.

Sunday was our first time at High Grove Estate in Fuquay-Varina, NC. Apparently this is a big up and coming event venue in the Raleigh area, and it seems like they’re doing a ton of weddings. It’s a gorgeous venue with a lot of versatility.

We were so excited to provide violin and guitar duets in Pine Knolls Shores for the ceremony and cocktail hour music on the beach. As the day grew closer, the weather forecast looked more and more perfect. The couple rented a beautiful beach house as their venue and celebrated with their closest family and friends right on the beach in the sand.

At the end of the day, the wedding is about being married - not about the wedding day!

Yes - this is so true. BUT…. Wait a minute! The wedding day is a big deal! As wedding vendors, that's our job... to provide the best wedding day you could possibly imagine.

Outdoor weddings are the best, aren’t they? There is just something about having the openness and fresh air and nature all around to set the tone for this incredibly special day in your life, whether it is up on a mountain, down by a quiet river in your backyard, or in a spectacular garden venue.

The Farm at Old Edwards Inn is a dream venue. We play here a lot and every single experience is breathtaking.

We’ve envisioned a wedding orchestra or a small string band for a long time, and we were so excited when a bride reached out to us interested in an 8-piece string group for her wedding ceremony in Greensboro! We essentially doubled our wedding string quartet to have 4 violins, 2 violas, and 2 cellos to create an epic ensemble and our first ever wedding orchestra!

When we received a request to travel to the Outer Banks for a wedding, we couldn't pass up the opportunity!

We packed up the family and turned the trip into a vacation.
