Gillian and Matt’s June 2022 wedding at Biltmore Estate - Diana in Asheville, NC was so special! We provided a string quartet (violin, violin, viola, & cello) for the couple’s ceremony and cocktail hour.

It was going to be the most popular wedding date in years. Everyone had their calendars full for this date. And then Covid happened. Lots of cancellations and rescheduling, and we all wondered what would happen to the most popular wedding date of the year.

On June 22, we were at the Ridge in Asheville to play for K + J’s wedding! Paul played violin, and Mandy was on cello. As you can see, it was a perfect day! The Ridge in Marshall / Asheville is so beautiful. Look at these views!! And they’re just everywhere you look!

Michelle and Jackie are our dynamic violin harp duet! They play duets in the Asheville area often, and we always love making the short drive to Lake Lure. North Carolina harpists who can play classical and popular music well are highly sought after! We are blessed to work with such talented musicians!

We debuted our violin mandolin guitar trio in Banner Elk in August, and we were so pleased with this new sound! Sometimes it sounds a little like bluegrass and other times it verges on an Italian feel. ​

Saturday was the perfect day for a wedding! The drive out to Sylva, NC, was just so relaxing driving through the mountains on such a beautiful day.
