Memorial Day Weekend Wedding Music: Lake Lure, Hickory, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis, Linville

Wedding #1:
Rumbling Bald Resort in Lake Lure, NC

Violin & Guitar duets

Jackie & April played for Kaylie & Dalton's ceremony in Lake Lure, NC, on a beautiful Friday.

We warmed up in the shade and then moved down to the ceremony area to perform.

Enjoyed working with Wedding Connections again! And this beautiful cake is from 50/Fifty - The Art of Dessert!

Wedding #2:
Violin solos at Corinth Reformed Church in Hickory, NC

On Saturday, April played violin solos at Corinth Reformed Church in Hickory, NC. The beautiful bride, Allison, walked down the aisle to "Oceans" by Hillsong.

Rhapsody on a Theme from Paganini was one of the prelude selections. The acoustics were incredible...

Enjoyed working with Charity (The Perfect Day) and Heather & Jason (Revival Photography)! Thanks to Parker and Allison for inviting us to be part of your wedding day.

Wedding #3:
String trio at River Run Farm in Banner Elk, NC

Donna, Jackie, & Nick played string trio music for this unforgettable Lord of the Rings wedding.

This cake from Ugga Mugga Bakery sums up the detail that was shown to this wedding day! Incredible.

More to come about Heidi and Matthew's wedding day in another blog!

Wedding #4:
Violin/cello duet - Valle Crucis Vineyard in Valle Crucis, NC

Victoria & Donna played violin /cello duets for this wedding at Valle Crucis Vineyards in Valle Crucis, NC.

This bride surprised her mother with us playing "You are My Sunshine" as mom was seated. We love surprises at weddings!

Wedding #5:
String trio at Wee Kirk Presbyterian in Linville, NC

Wee Kirk Presbyterian Church is iconic Linville, and we LOVE it!

Reception at Eseeola Lodge in Linville

After the ceremony, we headed down the road to Eseeola Lodge to play violin/cello/guitar trios for the cocktail and dinner reception.

Thank you to every couple who entrusted us with your wedding music on Memorial Day weekend! We are blessed!
