Kathryn and Keven’s December wedding at Jubilee Farms in Chester, South Carolina was the perfect way to round out the last month of the year! The chilly outdoor wedding with 80 guests was held at the beautiful wedding farm. With the weather forecast of high 59 on the Saturday of the wedding, we couldn’t be more excited for the couple’s wedding day!

Everyone in North Carolina knows that the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC, is such a gorgeous backdrop in the Fall to host a wedding. We were completely floored by this stunning couple, Sara-Beth and Jason, AND their wedding!

Catie and Nathan's wedding at the Omni Grove Park Inn was the loveliest intimate wedding we've seen, and we were thrilled to be a part of their special day! Early November is the perfect time for a wedding in Asheville, as the leaves are changing and the mountains provide the most stunning colorful backdrop!

From time to time we are asked to take part in inspiration photoshoots as a way to partner with some of our vendor friends and collect beautiful professional photographs of our team members doing what they do best! We were thrilled to take part in this stunning photoshoot at Separk Mansion, one of the loveliest Charlotte venues! Three of our Charlotte violinists represented us well to add elegance and of course, beautiful music, to this fun day!

The Sutherland in Wake Forest, NC provided a stunning backdrop for this October affair! Morgan and David had a vision for their wedding ceremony that included a solo harp, so Heather, our Charlotte and Raleigh harpist, was up to the task of creating a beautiful experience for this couple and their guests. The harp is such a unique instrument with the ability to make any genre of music sound charming and ethereal!

Our violin harp duet played ceremony music at Vesuvius Vineyards wedding venue in Iron Station, North Carolina, in November. This bride and groom contacted us at the last minute about providing ceremony music. Due to Covid restrictions, they had changed so many things and were finally able to have a gorgeous ceremony at Vesuvius Vineyards, which is a quite a grand sight!

It was going to be the most popular wedding date in years. Everyone had their calendars full for this date. And then Covid happened. Lots of cancellations and rescheduling, and we all wondered what would happen to the most popular wedding date of the year.

At the end of the day, the wedding is about being married - not about the wedding day!

Yes - this is so true. BUT…. Wait a minute! The wedding day is a big deal! As wedding vendors, that's our job... to provide the best wedding day you could possibly imagine.

Will and Grace were married at Fearrington Village in Pittsboro NC on Saturday at a 50 guest ceremony. Our violin guitar duet played ceremony music together and then the solo violinist played for a group of 25 friends, and the solo guitarist played for a separate group of 25.

Heather and Chad were originally scheduled to be married on May 9 in Banner Elk, NC. They booked us back in early 2019 as a violin and cello duet for their ceremony! Little did we know how much would change between then and their wedding day.

In 2011, Madilyn began violin lessons in my studio. It has been amazing to see the talented violinist she has become.

Outdoor weddings are the best, aren’t they? There is just something about having the openness and fresh air and nature all around to set the tone for this incredibly special day in your life, whether it is up on a mountain, down by a quiet river in your backyard, or in a spectacular garden venue.

We’ve highlighted the five venues where we perform ceremony music most often in the Asheville area. This barely scratches the surface, but hopefully it helps get you pointed in the right direction.

This wedding was simple, sweet, fun and relaxed. Guests were appreciative of the music. Virginia mountains are really beautiful, and it was fun to explore a new place. Deans' Duets provided violin music for Jackie and Kristin's wedding rehearsal on June 29th and for their wedding on June 30th. Their wedding was at the Belk Chapel at Queen's University near uptown Charlotte.
