WE LOVE SEPARK MANSION!! Every time we play here, we want to shout it from the rooftops. This is a great venue. Kelly and Jack’s wedding was a beautiful June wedding in Gastonia, North Carolina.

We’ve envisioned a wedding orchestra or a small string band for a long time, and we were so excited when a bride reached out to us interested in an 8-piece string group for her wedding ceremony in Greensboro! We essentially doubled our wedding string quartet to have 4 violins, 2 violas, and 2 cellos to create an epic ensemble and our first ever wedding orchestra!

When we received a request to travel to the Outer Banks for a wedding, we couldn't pass up the opportunity!

We packed up the family and turned the trip into a vacation.

On New Years Eve, we were privileged to provide wedding ceremony music in Highlands, NC, as a violin guitar piano trio.

The Crossing at Hollar Mill is a great venue for hosting the wedding ceremony and the reception at the same place. We love playing there. String quartet wedding music is always so energizing, and this wedding was no exception.

We Charlotte musicians played an arrangement of the Moldau for the bride's song, which the groom requested to be arranged just for the occasion.

Melissa and Brad were married on this lovely and slightly chilly day in October. Our Greenville string trio played popular music for their prelude and ceremony music.

Michelle and Jackie are our dynamic violin harp duet! They play duets in the Asheville area often, and we always love making the short drive to Lake Lure. North Carolina harpists who can play classical and popular music well are highly sought after! We are blessed to work with such talented musicians!

Jeff and Margaret were the sweetest couple! We played quartet music for them at their wedding at the Mast Farm Inn in Banner Elk, NC.

I arrived at Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens in Belmont, NC, on a Sunday afternoon to play violin solos for Tiffany and Fred's wedding. The Gardens is such a beautiful place for a wedding, especially since it is so different with all the greenery it offers.

Oh Camp Yonahnoka at the Eseeola Lodge has our heart <3 We post about this venue a lot, but it's because it's absolutely amazing.

Shannon and Luke were such a fun couple. We really enjoyed working alongside Events by Elizabeth Ashley to make this wedding day unforgettable.

Lioncrest is a great event space on the Biltmore Estate. We played violin cello guitar trios for Hailey and Phil's wedding on the first Saturday of September.

Africa by Toto and Wildflower by Tom Petty were both new songs for us and we had so much fun learning them!

We debuted our violin mandolin guitar trio in Banner Elk in August, and we were so pleased with this new sound! Sometimes it sounds a little like bluegrass and other times it verges on an Italian feel. ​

Meredith and Andrew’s wedding was the sweetest!

Saturday was Nadine and Andy’s wedding at McGuire’s Millrace Farm in Murphy, NC. We had never played in Murphy before, but hopefully we will be back soon. It’s such a sweet place in the mountains of western North Carolina.
